Sorry, i don't know if this is the right place for this, but i have a trouble. Maybe you can help me. My viewports that i created is disappeared in laout and this is happening in all my works in Auto CAD 2012 and 2010, i don't know why, but i think it can be some configuration in save. Please help me.

Do all the viewports disappear or just ones you created? Ctrl+R should switch viewports even if they are on a frozen layer. Keeping viewports on a frozen layer is standard practice many places. The display could be turned off as well. Does anyone else access those files? Were you the last person to modify the drawing in Properties? Is the Modify date correct? If you attached a small drawing I'll take a look at it.
