Default Cast quantity, concrete cast surface

Summary: 1. quantification of concrete-wood cast contact area
    2. quantification of not-joined surface only
    3. quantification only of surfaces facing down or to the sides, not facing up.
    4. surface of concrete stairs only in cast molded surfaces.

Description: It is necessary to quantify the wood cast in concrete buildings, as it represents a cost that has to be considered.

The surface area revit provides differs a lot of reality, as the contact area between concrete beams and columns does not exist, they merge and conform one single element.

The intent of this wish is not clear. How is the contact area of mating surfaces relevant to quantifying? Isn't lineal feet more accurate?
