Description: Currently there is no "cable" family to be able to route the large cables inside of trays. This prevents accurate material take-off and voltage drop calculations for these types of items.

These types of cables have specified bend radii that could be added to the "bend" type part family that would be needed for this to function correctly. The "bends" would not be actual fittings but should be reported as additional cable length. We have many miles of this item type in our facility with no way to design, analyze, and report material accurately as we maintain and modify the facility. This is needed if one wanted to move to full PLM. Other Autodesk competitors have this feature fully developed.
