    Default Empty Palette Groups

    I'm using 2013 ACA.

    I opened up my ACA this morning and all of my palette groups are present but missing all the palettes that should be in them. Even the ones that come default. I have created a custom standard tool palette and the group stayed but it is empty and all my custom palettes are gone.

    This is an easy fix as I can just pull the palettes back off my catalog but i would really like to know what caused this and why all the default ACA palette groups are now empty.

    Any ideas?
