Default Have text strings that follow Pline path

Summary: Ability to have a text string follow the path of an associated poly line. As the user adds spaces between the text components, they would orient to the closest pline segment.

Description: Example: being able to add the text "PRESENT NATURAL BOUNDARY PER PLAN EPP1234" and have the text follow the path of the said present natural boundary.

lots of third party solutions to this, though everyone I've seen took the lee mac approach of setting angles per character - i've never tried one that kept each word straight and only changed angles between words.
