Default Point Filters & Absolute Coordinates with Dynamic Input ON

    Hi,

I've been trying to move some geometry up to a specific Y value whilst keeping the current X value. I have dynamic input on and cannot seem to get it to work. If I turn DI off it works fine.
The command sequence I have been using is:
    1. Select geometry, press enter
    2. Select base point, press enter
    3. type .XZ, press enter
    4. type 0 (for move of)
    5. type @ then desired coordinate Y-value, press enter

If I do the above with DI off and no @ on step 5 it does what I want. What am I doing wrong to achieve the same with DI on?

    Thanks

right click on the DI icon in the toolbar, and pick settings to get the Drafting Settings dialog, then pick the Settings button under Pointer Input on the Dynamic Input tab. Try changing Absolute Coordinates to Relative Coordinates
