Default Recent views list, favorites list, and tabbed project browser

Summary: Have a recently used view list in the project browser or other convenient location like the quick access toolbar or ribbon. This functionality could extend to favorite views list, or the ability to re order the list to prioritize certain sections of the browser. Also, this functionality could make it possible for a tabbed project browser.

Description: Navigating from one section of the project browser to another can be annoying and time consuming when there are many views and families in the browser.

A favorites list accessible at the top of the project browser or as a tab in the browser would make view navigation and use much more friendly.

A tabbed project browser could make navigation much more friendly too for obvious reasons.
