Default MText Font Enlarges During Editing - Any Variable To "Kill" This Enlargement?

During MText editing, the text in the windows gets large and overflows beyond my monitor screen. Today, a co-workers
MText showed a very large font size after the first letter was typed inside the window. For me, normally, the group of text
enlarges to about twice or more in size during editing, and when done, it reverts to the real size.
I would rather have the text the same before, during editing and after.

    Thanks.

I've never observed the edit window to expand quite _that_ much, but AFAIK, if you are zoomed out, the text will expand. One option you could try would be to use an alternative editor for MText. Set the sysvar MTEXTED to "OldEditor", or even MS Word.

Had the Same problem, Found this at http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autoca...t/td-p/2497282

Try adjusting the MTEXTFIXED variable. 0, 1, or 2 depending on your needs.
