Can't load PDF file into Autocad 2014

Hello,
We recently upgrade to AutoCAD2014 and Acrobat 10

When I tried to insert a PDF, I get a error message of "This file cannot be opened" and a list of causes.

The file loads fine in 2011. The funny part is, I would get the same message if I tried to load on a pdf I created with 2014.

Any suggestion on how I can resolve this problem

Are you talking about attaching a PDF as a reference to a DWG file?
Can you attach other PDF's, just not those made with Acrobat 10?

Yes, I usally attach as a ref when I don't have CAD files
I have tried different versions of acrobat PDF and they didn't load

I might try and reload Acrobat again. it was loaded before Autocad
