    Default Dual application windows

Summary: To have 2 application windows which run simultaneously when AutoCAD is first opened.

Description: I was a Microstation power user for 15 years and I can honestly say that there are not many things at all that Microstation has over AutoCAD. But one of the things it does have, is a dual application window which can be enabled to run every time the program is opened. This allows for the docking of tool pallets, additional ribbons or toolbars in an actual application window, rather than floating on a second screen. It frees up a tremendous amount of space in the drafting window, while keeping a ton of tools within range of the mouse pointer. That, coupled with AutoCAD's command line usage will greatly increase actual drawing time when you are trying to find that not so normal command that you're looking for.

Product and Feature: AutoCAD - 3D

Might as well bring back the digitizer and puck...

Learn to use the shortcut keys = Less tool palettes and ribbons to worry about

A carpenter with only one tool in his tool-box, can't build much of anything. Thanks for your insight though.

Not entirely certain what you are asking for - it might already be covered under a similar Wish. A screenshot would help clarify what is being asked for.

Stretch your application window across both (or one-and-a-bit) screens.

This sounds very similar to Workspaces? No?
