This box shows up twice when I close AutoCAD 2012. I can't find out why or what's causes it.
Is there a log-file or somewhere where to look? Does any-one else has/had the same problem. What's the solution???

not uncommon, and I don't think anyone has identified a cause. You can look into Windows Event Viewer and see if anything pops out at you....
Solution is hit OK, at least until you can identify the cause.

Are you using Steltman River Tools? We get the same error on our computers that run Civil 3D with River Tools. It appears to be benign.

Do you have a newer version of AutoCAD also installed on the same computer? That was the cause for me. I no longer have this version installed.
