Default Help, flipping part 180 degs in assembly

Guys I have the part below inside and assembly environment and I would like to create some sort of constraint that will allow me to flip or rotate the part 180 deg about an centered axis. I am pretty inexperienced with in the assembly environment but I understand that I can use an rotation constrain to do this. I have looked at the help files but I can't figure it out.

Can someone please give a hand? thank you

If that is the first part in your assembly then right click on the part in the browser and Unground (if needed).
Then and Mate or Mate-Flush constraints as appropriate to the assembly Origin Workplanes.

JD, I want to be able to rotate it as if it were supported by that center axis I dew. Do you know what I mean?

    PART.zip

    Here is a similar part.
There is nothing in the assembly other than the part.
