Installation of Civil 3D 2015

Dear all,
Not sure if I'm in the right place for this.
I have downloaded the 2015 trial version of Civil 3D from Autodesk, and I've been trying to install it on a Windows 8 machine (my Windows software is up to date).
The installation process bombs before it gets to the welcome screen, and it presents the following cryptic message - see JPG attached.
For comparison I tried on another machine and got the same message.
Can anyone help with this, please?

Hi.
Thanks R.K. McSwain, for the pointers. I am making a bit of progress.
I copied Litehtml.dll to system32 directory and got past the first error.
Unfortunately even though the installation then seemed to go through the whole procedure when it got to the end it told me nothing had been installed.
So obviously I need to do some more reading!
It seems, however, that this is a fairly common problem.

In order to exclude UAC issues, reboot, log in as administrator, and try again.
