-Layer Freeze/Thaw in Viewport
Summary: Command Line control for thawing and freezing layers by viewport.
Description: The -layer command has many options, but not every option that is available through the Layer Properties Manager. Most notably, there is no way to control viewport thawing and freezing from the command line.
This would be a useful litle addition.
