Post All pipes and structures in network are disconnected

My pipe network has become entirely disconnected, the pipes are no longer attached to the structures. The pipes will not reattach to the structure by draging it over a structure. The pipes show the start and end structures correctly, but the structures show that there are no connected pipes. The pipes and structures are still in the drawing with the correct data. However, you can not reattach the pipes to the structures. I can draw new pipes and attach to the existing structures no problem. I can use the connect part command with the structure and pipe, and the pipe snaps to the center of the structure, however, the pipe does not connect to the structure.

Anybody know how to fix this or how to let the pipes show up in the structure properties?

start with audit, and see what that tells you.

Is there anything in the drawing besides the pipe network?
