It takes AutoCAD 2013 1min 55sec to open once I click the icon. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

there are probably a couple of thousand possibilities.... all totally dependent on your setup. If you really want to solve it, download Process Monitor from Microsoft and run it while Acad starts. That WILL sow you everything, so be prepared to do some looking, thinking, and understanding.

Or, throw money at it and install an SSD and more RAM
