Default Bars disappear when opening file from older version

    Hi

I recently discovered a problem when importing an older project (2013) to my current version 2014. Although everything else seems to be in place, the bars appears "invisible" and will only appear for a second when moving the cursor over it. It has never happened to me before, but this particular file really gets on my nerves. The bars are standard-profiles and all information seems intact. The display options has also been checked thoroughly and is set on standard. Has anyone else stumbled upon this?

    Thankful for ideas

    best regards
    Jack

The first suggestion: try to decrease "Display acceleration" in Preferences>View Parameters
If it wil not help then try to open this file in the Repair Mode (appropriate check-box active in the Open dialogue).

    Best regards,
    Pawel
