Question Isolating Sections to One Sheet with One or Two Commands

I have been searching for a way to isolate a section in the view it was created for without having to chase down every other instance of the annotation and hiding them one at a time. Is their a command that does the opposite of propagate extents mixed with element hide?

    Thank you!
