Zipped tutorial files nightmare - SOS!!!

I'm on the 30 day trial for Inventor Pro 2015 and can't for the life of me figure out how to download the zipped tutorial files that are required to run the additional tutorials. They will not download (zips or exe files). You save in a directory but cannot open due to windows 7 permissions nightmare - "windows cannot open folder, access to the compressed (zipped) folder denied". I've run everything I know of as administrator but to no avail. I've turned off Norton security - nothing. It must be something about the browser inside Inventor but I ran that as administrator also (if I picked the right file) - nothing. Tried going to Adesk but it's a (2) days wait and their chat line is filled up. Please help, really like the program itself but this is maddening. Thanks!

Never mind. I ended up hitting F1 to open up another window (showing same zipped file listing) in IE browser & was able to get the files. Don't know why it won't work for me inside the Inventor browser.
