    Question .dwg file Security

How to secure .dwg file from the employee to the employee?
If the file is on the server then all internal members are seeing that file, but if I want to make expiration of that .dwg file, is that possible?
What are the tools available in the market for that? Need Help on this!!

You need document management software. Look into Autodesk Vault. It keeps files on a secure server that employees don't have access to. They view/check out dwgs through the software. You can set permissions on who can view/edit/print files.

What about NTFS permissions are not working for you?
You can certainly use this to allow or deny read, write, and change access to one or a group of users.
