Default Revit Arch 2013 - Associated Level Question

Hi! How do you change the Associated Level in the Properties box? In my case its "grayed out". I want to change the level that my walls and components are getting inserted into.. I attached an image.

    Thanks!

I got this to work by creating a new level/ floor plan under the "View" tab... Is it possible to modify that original "Associated Level" anywhere to avoid creating a new level / floor plan?
    Thanks!

Nope. As far as I know you can't change the Associated Level of a Plan View. Seems reasonable. If you change the associated level then it's a different plan isn't it? So it's important that people don't make levels for any purpose other than plan views. For those other uses (eg. top of parapet) we have reference planes.
