    Default Revit family problem inquiry

I’m trying to create a Revit MEP family using the lookup table method and I’m suffering a problem that I don’t know how to be solved.
    Asking for your active help.

The problem can be summarized as follows:

When trying to create the Revit family the following massage appears:
Invalid formula found in the "B" parameter in the " " type. You will need to import the correct table or edit the formula in order to continue.

Although I think that the formula entered is correct and the file imported is of .CSV format

Attached the error and a print screen of the entered formula.
    Please Advise.

    Regards,
    Mohamed Mostafa.

Without seeing your lookup table, the only things I can think of are:

    1) Make sure the lookup table is loaded.
    2) Make sure you are looking up the correct column header.
    3) Make sure you have the right header parameters (##length##inches, (or however it's set up for metric)).

The path to your Lookup file doesn't look like a path or to a legitimate file type.

Good observation, Steve... Could be the ".0001" in the table name. Rename the table without the .0001, reimport it, and remove it from the "Lookup Table Name" field.
