    Default stamps in titleblocks

I have managed to place an architectural in a titleblock and have a parameter assigned to it (on/off). my question is when we share the Revit project with a consultant e.g. structural, civil, MPE, how can I make sure they do not have access to it? for legal reasons I dont want someone else using my stamp. is there a way a consultant can use our revit model as a linked revit model and not have access to our stamp?

    Hi,

I always strip down the model of sheets/titleblocks (sometimes but rarely views) before sending to consultants. I think this the most common practice.
Unless there is a specific clause in the BIM execution plan or contract ( I haven't come across one yet), your consultants don't need to have your sheets in the model when they link it for coordination.
I use eTransmit to export the model - quick and easy.

    Hi,

eTransmit is part of the subscription extensions. You can download it from your subscription account - It's in the product enhancements.
Alternatively if you don't have subscription, you can use a free Case addin - Delete Sheets, Views, and Revit Links -http://apps.case-inc.com/content/free-delete-sheets-views-and-revit-links
