Will probably have to create as a sweep....since mullion profiles can only have one loop....

Multiple options depending on what end result you are after.
    1. Nest a detail component in your profile family so it shows the linework in sections
    2. Consider making the 'mullion' part of your curtain panel family
    3. Place individual sweeps (could be pretty labor intensive if you have a lot of this going on)

What's your end goal/use for the model? (scheduling length, 3D detailing, just want to 'keep it real', etc)

I did mullion part in my curtain panel family dut in this case connection between corner glass part in not correct.

for correct connection corner glass panel I did it as custom glass wall but in this case I have to do mullion separately.

The goal is 'keep it real' for detailing documentation.

You can add an 'end cap' to your curtain panel family and control it with visibility parameters, one for each end.
