Default No NWC 2014 Export from Revit 2015

All I have is the Navisworks 2015 export option in the "External Tools" menu. I need to be able to export into Navisworks 2014. I've gone to control panel-->uninstall programs and selected both the Navisworks 2014 exporter plugin and the 2015 exporter plugin, ran the update and restarted. Didn't work. What am I doing wrong? Anyone? If this question has been posted before with a reasonably clear solution please let me know where to find it.

Revit isn't backwards compatible. So if you need to see your Revit 2015 info in NW 2014, all I can suggest is to export your model in 3D DWG with solids...

Wow, really? I could have sworn I was able to export an NWC one version down out of Revit in the past. I know you can't save down the actual Revit file itself, but I thought you could save down the NWC. Can I get a second from anyone on this? Thanks cdatechguy!

I would create a 3D DWF from Revit and bring that into Navisworks

There is another way to get your NWC in navisworks 2014:

Export a NWC from Revit 2015 and Append it in Naviworks 2015. Save the file with the 'save as' option and choose 2014 NWD or 2014 file set (NWF) from the drop down list.
