Default Converting Imperial to Metric Pipe Systems

I am working on a job in Egypt. Normally I do jobs here in the States, so I am used to doing everything in Imperial. I have successfully converted my drawing over to Metric with everything(ie: dimensions, elevations, etc.) except for the pipe sizes. I have only drawn a small amount of pipe so far, so I don't mind redrawing what I have already done. My issue is getting the system template into the Metric Catalog. Is there a way to copy a system that I have already set up with all the fittings, and button mapping done from the Imperial Catalog to the Metric Catalog? I have 12 systems on the job and would hate to have to recreate all of these systems over again. Any advice will be much appreciated.

The Imperial and Metric databases are totally separate. They are not interchangeable.

Easiest way is to draw in imperial then annotate everything Metric.
