label style issue

Well, maybe not an issue. I have a point label style that won't flip the text when moved to a different quadrant. the landing changes, but the text doesn't reorient. I cannot for the life of me figure out which setting in the style settings control this.

On the Drag State tab of the label style properties, change the Dragged State Component Display property to Stacked Text.
