error starting AutoCADLT 2005

Hi. I'm having a problem with AutoCAD LT 2005. I used to use LT 2004 and now I wanna upgrade to LT 2005. But after I installed it and ran the program, it was stopped at 47% and not responding. It happened all the time and it was never been opened.
Then I tried to open it in safe mode. Still couldn't be opened and message error about license system error appeared (look at the attachment file). Finally I uninstalled both LT 2004 and 2005 and reinstalled LT 2005. No problem during the installation. But when I started the program there was message error then it happened again. Not responding and I had to shut down the program. What's wrong with the program? My computer specification : Intel Pentium IV 2,8 GHz ; HDD 40 GB ; 512 MB RAM ; OS Windows XP Prof SP1. Thanks.
