Default Dual dimensioning with tolerance Dimensioning with punctuation

Summary: Round up property for second dimensioning (metric).
Ability to add punctuation in dimension.

Description: I'm working with duo dimensioning (US standard/ US metric). The first dimension is OK with round up option to 1/2". The second dimension (metric) is not OK.
I wish that second dim. should give me option to round up/down to 5 milimeter. For example: 1002.4999 mm will shown as 1000 mm. And 1002.5 mm will be shown as 1003 mm. Most of the time (but not all) we're working on US metric, clients accept only 5 mm as the minimum measure unit in architectural metric.
Round up/down to 10 mm will be used in other countries as well (Canada).

Dimension metric should have option as . (dot) or , (comma) punctuation as seen in other countries. For example: 1,010.15 mm or 1.01015 km.

It is nice if Autodesk have those options for user like us.
