Class Description: The Customize User Interface (CUI) affects how you customize your users’ environment. Managing the CUI in the office environment raises some questions. How do you provide an office standard CUI? How do you give your users a consistent interface? Is it possible to provide common tools for multiple applications? On top of those questions is the user’s side of the equation. Do you want to give the users the ability to customize their interface? This becomes all the more crucial with the introduction of the ribbon. Unlike other ribbon interfaces, the user may customize the AutoCAD ribbon. Indeed, much of the power of the ribbon is only revealed once it is customized to fit the user’s needs. What do you need to provide to empower your users?
