AutoCAD 2014, File with image will not print.

Hi All, Can someone help with this one.

Usually we download image/Aerial from Google Earth Pro, place it in a file. Overlay a property border on it in position. then print it. And all goes well.

But sometimes the file with a image in it will not print. "It processes forever". File never prints. (we have troubleshooted by removing all mention of the aerial in the file, and the file prints) It seems that some aerials from Google are bigger than others or have some corruption in them.

Has anyone had trouble like this, or solution?

I have solved my own problem.

I have "unchecked" >Plot Transparency. and the file processed and printed.

Thanks for confirming your solution.

Most of us have found that the best way to find a solution is to struggle through it for days, then finally break down and ask... then the solution jumps out at us within the next 60 seconds. Works almost every time.

Yes, but, wait until I want to print an aerial,.....with a transparency on it.....then what??

Often that's resolvable by changing the format of the image file. If it fails, convert the .jpg format to .png, .pdf, or .tif. Almost always, .png files work better than the other options.
