I have just opened your drawing. If you do not already have breaklines in the areas you need them, you will need to add them. You could also Swap Edges on the triangles until it looks the way you believe it is. This process may be a rather tedious one. That could be reduced by the inclusion of breaklines.
You could also use the Add Line tool to your surface through the Ribbon. It will allow you to pick from point A to point B.
I would suggest you show your triangles along with your contours while you are editing your surface. You might also increase the contour interval to display your edits more effectively.
