Class Description: Intended for AutoCAD MEP intermediate users, this session demonstrates the fundamental steps for extending the basic core capabilities and functionality inside AutoCAD MEP, using EastCoast CAD/CAM’s Piping and Duct Fabrication for AutoCAD MEP to create fabrication detail and manufactured sheet metal duct work. Participants will see how a seamless AutoCAD MEP design-to-fabrication methodology using real manufacturer content, specifications, and defaults results in greater project coordination and efficiency. The instructor will detail a set of best practices and how incorporating a set of design principles based on real content will create financial and resource advantages over the competition. Prior experience working with AutoCAD MEP will be beneficial.
