Class Description: In this lab, we will take an in-depth look at the surface analysis features in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Learn how to create visually appealing and easy to follow presentation maps for meetings. Create maps for everything from volume isopachs to inundation area maps. See how to create and modify dynamic legend tables that categorize and label the data that is shown on your map. Use these legend tables to pull information from your model, such as areas, volumes, and slopes. Finally, see a few tricks with analysis to use with items such as erosion and sedimentation control blankets and masking.
