Sub-Assemblies Composer Version

I am running c3d 2014 and am having trouble with editing and creating Sub-Assemblies. I had found that there was a program called Autodesk Sub-Assemblies Composer. I was wondering if it is compatible with 2014?
It would sure help me if it was.

If you have the Infrastructure Design Suite, then Subasembly Composer 2014 is included. If you don't, but are on subscription, I think you can download it from subscription center.
