Screen jumps

When I rotate cogo points in Civil 3d the screen jumps. I do not recall this happening before Civil 3d 2016.
My graphics card IS NOT SUPPORTED, it never has been and worked well before. I've used on board graphics with no problems. I've used Geforce gtx 630 with no problems.
Now that I have a new pc with a Geforce gtx 970 the screen jumps when I rotate elevations in point objects.

Anyone seen this before?
