Does anyone know if Autocad MEP 2015 and Revit 2015 will run on a Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, Version 2003, Service Pack 2 computer?

That OS is not on the supported list, so you'll be out on a limb, and can expect unresolvable problems.
Best bet would be to upgrade to Win7, or spend a lot less than the cost of MEP and Revit and get a PC that will have a supported OS.
