Default Allow Deleting Hatch Instead of Deactivating

Summary: Allow the ability to select hatch and delete it with a RMB delete button in the pull down menu.

Description: Allow the ability to select hatch and delete it with a RMB delete button in the pulldown menu. Currently to delete hatch in a drawing sketch you have to select the Fil/lHatch ribbon menu button, select the hatch boundary geometry, and deactivate the Hatch/Color Fill button to remove the hatch. This selection method to remove hatch is completely non-intuitive, and simply does not work all the time. There are instances when the original hatch boundary can not be selected to deactivate the hatch. Hovering over the boundary to select another boundary does not give you the correct boundary to deselect. This results in the user having to trim or remove part of the boundary to remove the hatch. The hatch itself should be selectable (not the boundary) and a delete option should be available. Even when the current method works properly it take way too much time, mouse clicks, and thinking just to delete some hatch.
