    Default Exporting Tables to CSV.

Ok this horse has been beaten. However I am having trouble doing what I need to do...

I am using a script to make a BOMTABLE but I also need it to export the table to CSV automatically using the drawing name as the CSV name. I am running this script through Script Pro over 400 drawings or so... I cant seem to figure out how to command line only export the table... all the commands (TABLEEXPORT, AECTABLEEXPORT AND -AECTTABLEEXPORT) have a dialogue window even though I have turned FILEDIA and ATTDIA to 0. Is this even possible?

Any help would be fantastic and appreciated.

If what's in the tables was extracted from attributes then -ATTEXT can export that data to CSV, but I don't know any way to do that with a table without using a dialog box.

I don't work with tables near enough to provide an appropriate solution.

Have a look through the LISP shown here:

    http://forums.augi.com/showthread.ph...rom-AutoCAD-LT

In a nut shell it creates a table of all the text in the drawing and at the end asks for the table output through the command line. You maybe able to rip out the bits you need.

For the record I'm not sure how it works so asking the person that posted it may get you closer.
