Summary: Custom Bullets and Numbering

Description: We sometimes have to insert a custom symbol(Block, Polyline...) over the numbering (created by activating the numbering tool) when it refers to a specific part of the drawing in the notes.For record the notes are usually Multi-Line Text. It is a guessing game when trying to place these symbols uniformly over the numbers when you have a few with custom symbol overlaid over the text. In other words some are a bit higher and some a bit lower than the others as there are no snap points(Multi-Line Text). Would be handy if you could have a custom numbering bullet (solving the problem of having a uniform custom number bullet) and be able to specify which numbered bullets have the custom numbering bullet. ie 1, 6, 7 , 9, 20. This would also automatically update if one of the notes was removed ie "6" thus becoming 1, 6, 8, 19.

While I think this is a great need (Drafting annotation is NOT word processing), it would take a substantial rethinking of how mtext works and what it is. Essentially you're asking for arbitrary graphics to be included as part of the mtext, and intelligently apply themselves to bullet numbering.
