Default callout boundaries extending past matchline boundaries

Hi, all just wondering if this has been discussed in previous threads? if so could someone direct me to the thread, if not this is our situation:
We have a large floor plate that has been broken into four dependant floor plans, the issue is when we create a call out that spans across a matchline it will show the whole boundary not just what is cropped?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance

I filed that as a bug report several years ago.
    Obviously it hasn't been fixed.
Your best bet is to use a Masking Region to hide the excess.
However, if it extends to the left or below your Sheet, you may have troubles come print time. Double-check those PDFs.

I've just always hide that actual call out in that case and use the reference view option.

Hiding and referencing the original is the only way to go
