Hi, I have 2 residential units close to each other. I need to show each floor plan on a separate sheet without any info from the other unit showing. I can crop a region around one unit to not show the other, but the room names from the other remain. I tried the hide command which removed them from sight on the floor plan view, but when I went to print the page the room names from the other unit were showing up again. Is there another way to just show one floor plan with dimensions and info separately from the other??

There are a few ways, but probably the best one is to use worksets and place the second building and its text in the workset, then switch off that workset for printing.

You could also use phasing, but its a bit messy, since you have to cut and paste your text into the view with the correct phase setting. If you want to do that, we can go into the detail of the process.

Another approach is to use Duplicate with Detailing. If you want to keep the floor plan you have now and also have two floor plans of each unit "separated", using DwD, create a floor plan view of each named like: First Floor - Unit A and First Floor - Unit B. Crop each view to it's own unit and remove the other's annotations and tags etc.
