    Yeah, I've always hated that as well. Over time, I figured out what families (or what actions of mine) were causing this to happen and took steps to prevent it.

    When this does happen, you can spot the disconnections with a color legend. Set it up so areas with 0 flow are a certain color, and they'll be easy to spot.

    Or just a false alarm as 75% of all Revit warnings can be in certain circumstances. One of my modelers says it best...dumb program. (I love Revit)
