Summary: Having the option to use both reference keynotes and sheet keynotes on the same sheet.
Description: The NCS allows for using both reference keynotes and sheet keynotes on the same sheet. Revit allows for using only one. There are many clever workarounds for doing this in revit, but having that capability built into Revit is most desirable.

You can use both...
We set up Demo(D.001) /New (.001) and Spec Reference (MF numbers) in the same keynote text file.
You can filter to create legends for each type...set them to be sheet specific. Works great.
