    Course Description: Managing our resources and balancing our priorities are more important than ever in today's challenging economy. In this class, we will discover methods to help organizations generate revenue by getting more value out of staff traditionally seen as necessary overhead. We will also review tactics for refining CAD management. Discussions will focus on getting buy-in from CAD users and project managers as well as licensing, content, and support personnel. Tactics will cover processes ranging from a single office to multiple offices in a multidisciplinary environment. Discover what it takes to become a better CAD manager in today's market.
