    Default OLE's and plotting upside-down

I have a layout with 2 OLE's in it (word documents) and when I plotted the left margin kept getting cut off since I have the plotter set to 'Inked area'. This is going into a 3-ring binder, so I need that space. The obvious solution was to plot upside-down so that I could trim the edge myself but when I do that the OLE's come out upside-down! (in relation to the rest of the drawing) They're still in the right spots, just wrong side up. Any suggestons for fixing this?
What I've done for now is put a rectangle around the space I want printed that's almost white so it doesn't print but I'm sure there's a better way.
    Thx!
