Data shares need to be added similar to XREFs, with overlay and attach
Summary: Overlay and attach functionality withing a data share
Description: It would be nice if a data share could have a setting like xref to allow it to be displayed in a file but not push through if that file is xrefed into another file like an overlay ed xref
