I've got the same prob with C3D2016. I tried this solution, but I have no AdskOsnapTab key under [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R20.1\ACAD-F000:409\Profiles\<<C3D_Imperial>>\Dialogs\DrawingSettingsDialog. Adding it doesn't help either.
