ArcGIS AutoCAD 2009 plug-in

This is a long shot... but I am searching for a downloadable version of ArcGIS plug-in, compatible with AutoCAD 2009.
I've been in touch with sales at ESRI but was informed that they no longer make it available.
Note, this is a free downloadable version so it's all legit.
Updating AutoCAD to a newer version is not an option.

So I am reaching out to hopefully to find someone who might have a downloadable version for the aforementioned...

You might want to ask in the Map3D forum. A few people in there might have some idea.
