Naviworks on Microsoft Surface

Has anyone tried to install and use Navisworks on a Microsoft Surface? I am trying to install it and keep getting a "can't install app on this PC" I'm confused. This is not an app. It would be the full download of Navisworks Freedom. Anyone know what may be going on?

Does it meet all requirements for that version of Freedom, including OS version and bit-ness (x32 vs. x64)?

It meets what the minimum requirements say at the Autodesk website. I'm getting a new error. Saying there is not enough memory to run the install. Oh, well.
